Wells Fargo is seeking a results-driven Talent & Workforce Operations Lead as part of cybersecurity to build and optimize the systems, processes, and analytics that power our talent strategy. This pivotal role is equal parts strategic thinker and operational executor, responsible for ensuring our workforce planning, talent programs, and internal mobility efforts are data-informed, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead operational workforce planning activities, including headcount forecasting, requisition approval and talent strategy framework.
  • Develop new talent and skills strategy planning capability that marries organizational design, skills strategy, workforce planning and product roadmaps to ensure our organization has the right talent to deliver our strategy and priorities.
  • Lead the implementation of capability across Cyber by leading BSLs, Line Managers and Product Managers to execute newly developed capability.
  • Serve as connective tissue, partnering with BSLs, Finance, HRBPs, and functional leaders to align talent strategies with budget and business priorities.
  • Improve talent lifecycle processes including job architecture, internal mobility, performance cycle operations, and talent reviews.
  • Optimize workflows and technology integrations to improve efficiency and data accuracy. As a process owner, you will provide vision, leadership and industry expertise to establish consistent practices across Cyber and frequently interact with up and downstream processes and organizations  while representing Cyber to the Technology-wide function led by Office of the Head of Technology (OHOT). 
  • Partner with Analytics teams to generate insights that drive strategic workforce decisions
  • Act as project manager and change agent for high-impact talent initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity skill and talent management
  • MS Excel proficiency – pivot tables, Vlookups
  • Prior experience managing resource / workforce management process
  • Process management - ability to model process flows and drive process integration and improvement
  • Familiarity with workforce planning tools in an agile environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Power Automate)

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
