Join us as a Talent Sourcer and become the driving force behind building and executing Zeely’s growth strategy. We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented sourcing professional who can quickly adapt, take ownership, and foster collaboration across teams.

Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram — helping small businesses become visible and scale.

We already have 150,000+ users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-5 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 90 specialists.
Your key responsibilities:

  • Source tech and non-tech specialists — from Middle to C-level — across both Ukrainian and international markets.

  • Use a wide range of sourcing tools and platforms to attract the best talent.

  • Analyze the market and continuously expand the database of potential donor companies.

  • Conduct market research aligned with hiring goals and business priorities.

  • Collaborate with the recruiter and hiring manager to develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS system.

  • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Talent Sourcer role.

  • Proven experience sourcing for both tech and non-tech positions.

  • Strong command of modern sourcing techniques — Boolean Search, X-Ray, social media platforms, professional communities, etc.

  • Excellent copywriting skills for crafting personalized and engaging outreach messages to candidates.

  • Solid understanding of IT specializations and software development methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple roles simultaneously.

  • English level: Intermediate+
