  • Communicate complex concepts with clarity, adapt your approach to different audiences, and ask thought-provoking questions that stimulate critical thinking.
  • Measure program effectiveness through evaluation methods, feedback, and business insights; make adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for learning and development initiatives, from scoping and planning through launch and evaluation.
  • Develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure alignment across SMEs, instructional designers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks, design gaps, and operational challenges.
  • Communicate progress, decisions, and blockers to stakeholders with clarity.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, agile environment to deliver timely, high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
  • Identify and leverage GenAI tools to strategically accelerate outcomes.
  • Stay current on instructional design trends, facilitation methodologies, and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize virtual collaboration tools, polling/feedback platforms, digital whiteboards, and other facilitation technologies.
  • Use modern authoring and multimedia tools to create engaging content as needed.
