Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Team Intern, you will work with the Talent Acquisition team to support various aspects of our high-volume recruiting operations. This 10-week internship will include hands-on experience in application review, candidate sourcing, and project work related to early careers recruiting and our 2026 Summer Internship program. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills and an interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Business Administration. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and real-world experience.

Essential Job Functions for the Internship will include:

  • Assist with reviewing applications and resumes for open requisitions
  • Learn and execute sourcing best practices through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Help coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Contribute to projects related to university relations and internship program logistics
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills 

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) or Master’s program
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project tracker tools a plus (Monday.com, etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Work Schedule 

This is a 10-week long, paid, part-time internship opportunity with the potential to work up to 30 - 40 hours a week starting early January, depending on intern availability.

Standard business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm local office time.

Working Conditions

Professional office environment. Working inside, siting, standing. Will be assigned to a work station.

Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications.

Pay Range
$17$20 USD
