Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us connect talented people with the best opportunities! πŸš€

πŸ’š About us:

  • We're Huzzle - we connect top talents with leading companies across UK, US, and Europe.
  • Hearty, family-like environment with a close-knit team of 30 working remotely.
  • Mission: Unlocking global opportunity talent people everywhere.
  • Emphasis on autonomy, encouraging each member to act as an entrepreneur within the team.
  • We offer a steep learning curve and a chance to grow your skills rapidly.
  • Ranked 7th fastest-growing company in the UK and 14th fastest in Europe in 2026.
  • Opportunity for growth and promotion if you do well!
About the role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own a portfolio of client roles from kick-off through to offer accepted. You'll review each role brief, shortlist candidates from our talent database, source directly when needed, run interviews, and partner with our internal delivery and sourcing teams to get roles closed. This is a hands-on, target-driven seat for someone who thrives on ownership and pace.

What you'll do

Own your roles end-to-end

  • Take full ownership of assigned client roles, from reviewing the role brief through to a successful placement.
  • Hit monthly placement targets and keep a healthy pipeline of live roles running at all times.

Match and shortlist candidates

  • Shortlist strong candidates for each role using our internal talent database, AI matching tools, and other sourcing channels.
  • Submit candidates that match the brief within agreed timelines.
  • Flag when the talent pool is exhausted and request extra sourcing support.

Source, interview & post jobs

  • Source candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, and other channels when the talent pool is thin or the role is niche.
  • Interview candidates yourself when you need to confirm fit, verify experience, or fill gaps left by upstream screening.
  • Create and manage job ads on our ATS and external job boards when a role needs dedicated outreach.

Calibrate with clients and move roles forward

  • Work with the delivery manager and operations team to calibrate candidates against client requirements.
  • Take client feedback and use it to refine the brief and keep roles progressing.
  • Push back on unrealistic or unfillable briefs rather than carrying dead roles.

Collaborate across the team

  • Partner with the delivery, sourcing, and account management teams to keep every role progressing efficiently.
  • Contribute to team conversations on process, quality, and candidate fit.

Keep your data clean

  • Keep role status, candidate records, role briefs, and pipeline data accurate and up to date in our internal systems at all times.
  • Surface process issues and suggest improvements when you spot them.
How success is measured
  • Monthly placements against target.
  • Pipeline health: number of active roles, time-to-submit, time-to-fill.
  • Submission quality β€” client interview and offer rates per submission.
  • Data accuracy across the ATS and internal systems.

Requirements
  • 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in agency, RPO, or a high-volume in-house environment.
  • A track record of hitting placement or fill targets and managing a live pipeline of open roles.
  • Confident direct sourcer β€” fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outbound.
  • Comfortable running candidate interviews and making your own call on whether someone fits the brief.
  • Strong client and stakeholder skills, including the confidence to push back on unrealistic briefs with evidence.
  • Disciplined operator β€” keeps ATS, CRM, and pipeline data clean without being chased.
  • Comfortable working with AI-powered matching and sourcing tools.
Nice to have
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions or geographies.
  • Background in a marketplace, staffing platform, or fast-scaling startup.
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruiting automation stacks.

Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary plus an uncapped monthly commission paid on the value of each placement (the fee Huzzle invoices the client). Commission is paid monthly in arrears on placements that complete in the previous month, with the rate stepping up as you hit and exceed your monthly target.
