Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Temporary – 2–3 Months)

Support critical Financial Services hiring during a key leave coverage period.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Charlotte office on a 2–3 month temporary contract. This role will provide full-cycle recruitment support across Financial Services domain hiring, covering a mix of full-time employees and contractors.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience, maintain momentum across active requisitions, and manage vendor relationships effectively during this short-term coverage period.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Financial Services domain roles (FTE and contractor hiring)

  • Partner with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience

  • Work closely with external vendors and agency partners to support contractor hiring needs

  • Track and manage recruitment activity with strong organization and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within Financial Services or professional services

  • Experience hiring both permanent employees and contractors

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities

  • Clear communication skills and a structured, process-driven approach

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience providing short-term or leave coverage recruitment support

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred

  • Experience partnering with external staffing vendors

  • Exposure to domain-based hiring models within Financial Services
