As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Fueled, you’ll partner with leaders under our Digital Product practice to assemble teams that build meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you won’t just move candidates through the recruitment process; you’ll contribute to a hiring experience that’s clear, inclusive, efficient, and human.
We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity and ownership, and who believes great hiring is as much about people and relationships as it is about process.
Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles under our Digital Product Practice spanning product design, product management, engineering, and related disciplines. You will balance pipelines and priorities across geographies, teams, and varying levels of urgency.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and support effective, scalable hiring processes.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates across global markets, building diverse and high-quality pipelines.
- Create and uphold a candidate experience that’s second to none, ensuring it’s thoughtful, responsive, and human.
- Partner closely with external recruiting agencies, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring efforts are aligned with hiring priorities and quality standards.
- Become a trusted hiring partner to leaders, guiding role definition, interview design, and decision-making with clarity and confidence.
- Deliver consistent hiring outcomes across multiple roles with speed and quality.
- Strengthen process, tooling, and agency partnerships that make recruiting more effective and sustainable.
- Assemble teams that build meaningful digital experiences across a global, remote-first organization.
- You have 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing candidates across product, design, engineering, or related roles, ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- You have experience managing high-volume recruiting across multiple roles, teams, and geographies, and thrive in fast-moving environments that require strong organization and momentum.
- You treat candidate experience as a core part of the craft, creating hiring journeys that are clear, responsive, and respectful of people’s time.
- You work across a modern talent tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Deel, Notion, Slack, etc.) and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities effectively, and bring strong judgment to the interview process, asking the right questions and identifying the best fit for the role.
We offer competitive salaries and benefits. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, other job-related qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.
