JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a remote position. East Coast preferred.Driven Brand’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Driven Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to make a difference!This position reports to the Director, North America Talent Acquisition and will support full cycle recruiting for roles across our shared services division and multiple brands across the organization. This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage searches independently while building trusted partnerships with hiring leaders. The ideal candidate is resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is enthusiastic about developing long-term talent pipelines and delivering best-in-class hiring experience for candidates and managers alike.How you will Make a Difference:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing needs of all levels within multiple business units across North America ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders while serving as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
- Maintains strong data integrity in all information entered in Workday to ensure data reporting accuracy.
- Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Support the optimization of our talent acquisition strategy and systems to support business growth.
- Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition roadmap in identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and senior staff using talent analytics, hiring trends and competitive intelligence and research on our industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of business units.
- Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, recruiting analytics, and process optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you are seen as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms. Workday and Linkedin Recruiter preferred.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Keen sense of ownership; takes initiative and follows through with limited direction.
- Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Data driven and analytical; uses metrics to inform recruiting strategies and measure success.
- Sound and proven judgement and decision-making skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and manage sensitive documents and confidential information with discretion.
- Creative and resourceful; able to think creatively and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for roles within IT, Business Intelligence, and high-volume customer support roles.
- Experience working in Workday and Phenom.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), client-support orientation, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of clients.
- Interest in related projects and responsibilities when hiring needs slow.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and have the flexibility to assist team in meeting demands on accelerated schedules.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with leaders both domestically and globally.
- Working knowledge of applicable market employment laws.
- Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively with various project teams on multiple tasks within a cross-functional, matrixed reporting structure.
- Critical thinking skills, able to analyze and interpret data, information and identify pattern, trends, and insights to develop appropriate solutions.

AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
