This position will be based in Charlotte, NC.

Summary of Role 

We are hiring a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across the business. This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage searches independently while building trusted partnerships with hiring leaders. The ideal candidate is resourceful, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing long-term talent pipelines and delivering a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates and managers alike.

Strategic & Tactical

  • Manages full cycle recruiting with minimal direction.
  • Builds strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders to align hiring plans with team goals, success profiles, and long term needs.
  • Develops and executes creative sourcing strategies to proactively build diverse, high quality pipelines.
  • Uses recruiting data to inform decisions, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement in speed, quality, and process.
  • Ensures a consistent, high quality candidate and manager experience while balancing urgency with long term hiring outcomes.
  • Takes full ownership of the recruiting process, proactively surfacing roadblocks, offering solutions, and driving alignment across teams.
  • Create and promote a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to offer and onboarding.
  • Negotiate and extend offers to candidates, ensuring alignment with both company goals and market expectations. Leverage compensation benchmarks and talent market insights to inform competitive hiring strategies and drive offer acceptance rates.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high growth or mission driven companies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you’re seen as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, recruiting analytics, and process optimization.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership; takes initiative and follows through with limited direction.
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Data driven and analytical; uses metrics to inform recruiting strategy and measure success.
  • Creative and resourceful; able to think outside the box and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
