We're looking for an Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR and Recruiting team. This role reports to the Head of People Ops, with close daily partnership and mentorship from our Senior TA Partner. You'll join a well-established, high-performing team, with plenty of room to grow your recruiting responsibilities and develop your skills. You'll help hire exceptional talent across semiconductor engineering, AI hardware, software, and corporate functions while also supporting onboarding and other HR initiatives as we continue to grow. This role is key to scaling our hiring capacity to support our company growth goals.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, wants exposure to People Operations, and is excited to help build a world-class team from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Support the talent acquisition team to recruit for highly specialized semiconductor, AI hardware, software, and business roles.  You will own recruiting coordination activities along with your own requisitions.
  • Manage recruiting activity, interview coordination, and candidate pipelines in Greenhouse.
  • Conduct effective phone screens to qualify candidate fit for roles and company culture.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding.
  • Support new hire onboarding and other HR initiatives as needed.
  • Help improve recruiting processes and employer branding.
What You'll Bring
  • 2–3 years of recruiting or HR experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor organizations and the various engineering functions, including how hardware teams are structured, including foundational literacy of semiconductor development flow and the roles associated with each step within the process and adjacent roles
  • Experience recruiting for specialized, hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Ability to balance multiple searches and coordination priorities in a fast-paced startup.
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting onboarding or other People Operations activities.
  • Experience recruiting for AI, computer architecture, ASIC/SoC, RTL, Physical Design, Verification, Compiler, or Embedded Software teams.

We offer a competitive base salary for this role, generally ranging from $70,000 to $120,000, plus a 10% annual bonus, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience, level, and location, with flexibility for the right candidate.
