We power card issuing for leading banks, fintechs and digital brands across the globe, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for curious, ambitious people who thrive on solving complex challenges, embrace innovation and want to make a tangible impact at global scale.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner (Fintech) to join our global team. This role is ideal for a strategic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment and is passionate about identifying and attracting exceptional talent - across sales, account management and specialised technical positions. What you get to do:

Recruitment Strategy and Delivery

  • Lead global recruitment across functions and levels of seniority, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand team needs, workforce priorities and emerging talent gaps.

  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines, using a mix of channels including social media, job boards, internal databases, and advanced search techniques such as Boolean logic and open web sourcing.

Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Development

  • Own and drive strategic talent pipelining initiatives, proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with top talent to anticipate future hiring needs and support long-term workforce planning.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, meaningful feedback, reinforcing Paymentology’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory

  • Act as a strategic hiring partner, translating business objectives into clear hiring strategies, role definitions and success profiles.

  • Leverage market intelligence, talent insights and data analytics to advise on industry trends, talent availability and competitor activity, enabling informed workforce decisions.

  • Design and implement structured, data-driven assessment frameworks and interview scorecards to ensure consistent, objective and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Process, Tools and Projects

  • Optimise the use of recruitment systems and tools, including the ATS, to drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and enable scalable, high-quality hiring processes.

  • Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.

  • Own and deliver strategic recruitment initiatives that elevate hiring quality and manager capability, including interviewer training, process optimisation, and continuous improvement of Paymentology’s talent acquisition approach.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting in fast-paced and complex environments

  • Previous experience recruiting in Fintech and/or SaaS industries.

  • Proven track record in hiring for senior and specialist Sales and Account Management roles across global geographies (EMEA, APAC, LAC).

  • Proven ability to influence decisions, negotiate effectively, and build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organisation and with candidates.

  • Strong understanding of Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques and open web sourcing strategies.

  • Experience in conducting competency-based interviews; formal training in structured or behavioural interviewing is advantageous.

  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple roles in a high-growth environment.

  • Customer focused with a passion to deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience.

  • Experience with TA tools, ATS systems and process design.
