Everest is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract Recruiter to support high-priority hiring across the business. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver high-quality hires efficiently and with a strong focus on candidate experience.This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, business-facing environment and can operate consultatively while driving execution across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruiting Delivery
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned roles (intake through offer letter)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies
Build and manage active candidate pipelines for priority roles
Sourcing & Market Engagement
Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
Leverage market insights to identify target companies and talent pools
Present qualified, high-quality candidates aligned to business needs
Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market dynamics and trade-offs
Drive structured intake conversations and ongoing alignment throughout the hiring process
Influence decision-making to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes
Candidate Experience & Process Management
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned to Everest’s employer brand
Manage interview logistics, communication, and feedback loops
Ensure process efficiency and adherence to internal hiring frameworks and approvals
Data & Reporting
Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress within Workday
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, risks, and market insights
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
Experience recruiting for corporate, IT, operations, or insurance/financial services roles preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and deliver in a high-volume or high-priority environment
Strong sourcing capability and experience building talent pipelines
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate independently while navigating a matrixed organization
Experience with Workday preferred
Consistently delivers high-quality candidates aligned to business needs
Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and TA stakeholders
Maintains disciplined, efficient processes with a focus on speed and quality
Provides valuable market insight to inform hiring decisions
For the US Only:
The hourly rate for this position is $30-50/hour depending on experience and location.
