About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner, you'll be the linchpin for maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, ensuring its accuracy, and enabling our team to streamline the recruitment process. Your knack for process improvements and crafting clear documentation will be instrumental in supporting our Marketplace acquisition team. You'll play a critical role in helping us craft and manage recruitment workflows that can keep pace with the demands of a busy marketplace environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the recruitment workflow, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Assess recruitment process data to pinpoint and address any bottlenecks.
  • Analyze the existing recruitment processes to determine their efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process automation to minimize manual work. Implement quality control measures to guarantee consistency in recruitment process execution.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of recruiting best practices and candidate management strategies.
  • Develop standardized templates for job postings, Requisitions and candidate communications.
  • Produce training materials to keep the hiring team abreast of features and updates within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools are optimally configured for peak performance.
  • Provide timely technical support to address any issues with talent acquisition systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to upgrade and improve the recruitment technology stack.
What We Need
  • 3+ years with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment operations
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
  • Skills in process automation tools and software
  • Ability to create and manage recruitment workflows
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing recruitment-related documentation
  • Knowledge of quality control measures in recruitment
  • Ability to configure and optimize recruitment tools

Compensation: Invisible is committed to fair and competitive pay, ensuring that compensation reflects both market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity.

An Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers during the interview process. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost-of-living differentials.

Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions. Because of this, every offer is unique. Additional details on total compensation and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
