We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to our team.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, and play a key role

in evolving our talent strategy and employer brand.

 

Your Impact:

 

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, from intake through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and time-to-fill goals
  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels
  • Lead intake conversations and provide ongoing guidance to hiring managers, including training on recruiting best practices
  • Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the ATS while tracking and leveraging key recruiting metrics
  • Support employer branding efforts, recruiting events, onboarding processes, and internal promotions

 

Your Strengths:

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (cannabis a plus)
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting in a multi-location organization
  • Strong ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple searches at once
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels, including senior leadership
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Greenhouse or similar a plus)
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment laws
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to operate with a high level of ownership
