The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages scheduling, communication, and documentation for recruiting, ensuring efficiency and high candidate satisfaction across multiple regions.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the operational engine of Blue Acorn iCi’s recruiting organization—driving scheduling efficiency, documentation accuracy, candidate experience excellence, and coordination across Recruiting, Operations, and Finance. This role supports a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment across the U.S., LATAM, and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage global interview scheduling across time zones
• Serve as primary candidate point of contact
• Maintain accurate candidate statuses and data governance
• Own offer coordination steps and approval routing
• Support SOW workflow routing and documentation
• Maintain organized, audit-ready folders
• Partner across Recruiting, Ops, and Finance
• Support sourcing for priority roles
Qualifications
• 4-6 years Talent Acquisition coordination or recruiting operations experience
• Strong ATS + scheduling tool experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized with strong stakeholder management
• Digital/technical hiring experience preferred
Success Indicators
• Fast scheduling, offer routing, SOW turnaround
• High candidate satisfaction
• Accurate documentation
• Improved speed-to-hire
