KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with strong SQL development and data analysis skills to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
  • Work with data sources from relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain data models, calculated fields, parameters, and sets in Tableau.
  • Develop data-driven insights and KPIs to support decision-making processes.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and report generation for business teams.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards for better usability and performance.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and ETL teams to ensure smooth data flow and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience as a Tableau Developer / BI Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced level) for querying, joins, aggregations, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles for dashboards.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational database design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
