Design, develop and support Tableau implementations and dashboards. Analyze data using SQL/Oracle, troubleshoot issues, automate processes, identify compliance/operational risks, collaborate with agile teams, and own delivery from requirements through deployment. Requires strong communication, time management, and typically 5+ years' experience.
Position Summary:
- Develop and support multiple Tableau implementations as part of the Portfolio Management, Governance and Delivery team.
- Will be required to investigate, analyze and setup automation to maximize efficiency for existing business process.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and find root causes of any issues and provide resolution.
- Identify, aggregate, report and escalate compliance and operational risks, issues and control enhancements.
- May involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
- May collaborate with multiple agile teams to coordinate delivery of reporting
- Take initiative and research any issues using multiple bank systems.
- Take ownership of the use cases and own the delivery till the end.
- Candidate will participate in daily stand-ups, ceremonies, etc.
- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have ability to work well under pressure, have good time management skills, able to problem solve, and ability to multi-task
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
Required Skills:
- Skilled in Tableau Development and advanced dashboard building
- Skilled in Tableau 2020 or latest version
- Skilled in writing complex queries using SQL Server Oracle in analyzing the data
- Excellent data analysis and data profiling skills using SQL Oracle
- Very good understanding of data and relationship concepts
- Works under minimal supervision on data analysis and data quality support functions
- Ability to lead the Tableau implementations working closely with the team
- Team player

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
