About the project

Nortal's Client Services team in the Americas is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts. These are complex engagements and clients, the kind where the account plan & strategy matters as much as the relationship. You will set account strategy, own forecasting and revenue targets, identify and close growth opportunities, and be the person our clients and internal teams both trusts. You’ll also be responsible for building and expanding executive-level relationships, opening doors to C-level stakeholders, and creating the access and influence needed to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities. You’ll work closely with Delivery, technical, legal, and finance teams to make sure every commitment we make is one we can sustain and grow.

Who you are

  • Detail-oriented and organized, you don't let a number, a date, or a follow-up slip, and your account plans and forecasts hold up under scrutiny.
  • Comfortable with accounting and forecasting, you build a reliable pipeline view and can defend every number in it.
  • A natural bridge builder, you connect client stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership.
  • Genuinely invested in relationships, client success, and to you, is not a quota; it's a relationship you protect over the years.
  • Not afraid of a hard conversation, internally or with the client, when something needs to be said.
  • Proactive by default, you raise the risk before someone else finds it, and you follow through without being chased, and know when to escalate.
  • Comfortable navigating complex environments.
  • Highly autonomous, you don't need strong handholding to know what the account needs next.
  • Commercially fluent, you understand contract structures, negotiation dynamics, and how to protect margins and relationships simultaneously.

What you’ll do

Client retention and growth

  • Build long-lasting, profitable relationships with assigned accounts/portfolios
  • Define and implement long-term strategy and objectives for each account.
  • Proactively identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver high retention and measurable account growth.

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or a comparable client-facing commercial role, including direct experience on Tier-1 or enterprise-scale accounts.
  • A demonstrated track record of owning revenue targets, forecasting, and upselling/cross-selling on complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Full professional English (C1+), you will be the primary point of contact for US enterprise stakeholders, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in technology services, digital platforms, or enterprise software environments.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating and administering multiple contract types (T&M, fixed price, retainer, SOWs, MSAs).
  • Disciplined CRM hygiene and comfort producing revenue, forecast, and account-health reporting for internal and client audiences.
