Modivcare is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment process, helping identify, attract, and secure top talent while contributing to an exceptional candidate experience.

This role…

  • Utilizes various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.

  • Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conducts initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.

  • Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and team members.

  • Provides timely feedback to candidates and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Prepares job offers and leads preliminary offer discussions with candidates.

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.

  • Communicates effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensures a smooth transition for new hires and responds to onboarding-related inquiries.

  • Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • Zero (0) plus years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.

Salary: $46,000 - $62,100

Modivcare’s positions are posted and open for applications for a minimum of 5 days.
