As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of e-discovery services. Your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This position requires an understanding of the e-discovery processes, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the legal and corporate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing custom e-discovery solutions
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of e-discovery tools and services to potential clients
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance our services and product offerings
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the legal, tech, or e-discovery industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the e-discovery processes, and legal technology is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
