Daily Responsibilities
-Serve as the overall leader of the project team and exhibit excellent leadership skills in forming a team, ensuring strong communication channels, giving clarity, motivation and direction to the team throughout the engagement.
-Be the primary customer interface and perform project management activities that ensures adherence to Salesforce methodology and project gates and governance.
-Build and lead project plans; supervise and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
-Supervise utilization of project resources in alignment with resource allocation and budget. This includes on time entry and approvals for project timesheets.
-Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, risk & issue management, communication and business organisational change.
-Own the creation, documentation, validation, communication and upkeep of business requirements and their supporting use cases.
-Set priorities, open cases with developers, and guide them through deployment.
-Effectively communicate status, accomplishments, and roadblocks to a dynamic global team.
-Partner with Subject Matter Experts, Business Architects, and Product Owners to develop requirements, review solutions and designs, and build enablement and test scripts.
-Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business end users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.
-Provide general support on additional administrative and operational tasks.

Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation as well as your obtaining and maintaining the specific level of U.S. Government security clearance that may be required for this role. U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) or Green Card required.

Desired Experience
-Demonstrated project management skills, with direct responsibility for running project teams, up to 10+ people, budget and schedule.
-Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin certifications and product experience
-Public Sector experience
-Certinia’s PSA / PS Cloud tool experience 
-Certified Project Manager (PMP, Prince2)
-SAFe Agile and/or Certified Scrum Master 
-Familiarity with CRM and data management
-Experience as a customer-facing consultant
-Relevant practical experience in systems administration or business analysis
-Advanced understanding of cloud computing, solutions, and the Salesforce product family
-Strong professional communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
-Ability to multitask while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team
-Flexible, creative, highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to produce results
-Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies
-Collaborative; extremely customer-service and team-oriented
-Ability to stay focused and learn quickly in a fast-paced, rapidly developing business environment

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
