The Role

As a System Administrator at Unframe, you will own the day-to-day operation of our IT, cloud, and endpoint environments. This is a hands-on sysadmin and internal IT support role, focused on reliability, security, and great employee experience — not a DevOps position.

You’ll work closely with the Head of IT to keep systems secure, users productive, and infrastructure running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain cloud environments across GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean
  • Manage identity, access, and permissions across all systems
  • Own administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Manage Apple macOS devices using Kandji MDM
  • Support endpoint security tooling, including SentinelOne
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and day-to-day user support
  • Provide internal IT support and troubleshooting for employees
  • Monitor system health, security posture, and operational best practices
  • Maintain documentation and follow IT operational processes
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, or similar)
  • Experience with MDM solutions and endpoint management
  • Strong familiarity with macOS environments
  • Working knowledge of security tools and security best practices
  • Comfortable providing direct user support and IT troubleshooting
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Kandji, SentinelOne, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting fast-growing startups or distributed teams
