As a System Administrator at Unframe, you will own the day-to-day operation of our IT, cloud, and endpoint environments. This is a hands-on sysadmin and internal IT support role, focused on reliability, security, and great employee experience — not a DevOps position.
You’ll work closely with the Head of IT to keep systems secure, users productive, and infrastructure running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain cloud environments across GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean
- Manage identity, access, and permissions across all systems
- Own administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Manage Apple macOS devices using Kandji MDM
- Support endpoint security tooling, including SentinelOne
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and day-to-day user support
- Provide internal IT support and troubleshooting for employees
- Monitor system health, security posture, and operational best practices
- Maintain documentation and follow IT operational processes
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator
- Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, or similar)
- Experience with MDM solutions and endpoint management
- Strong familiarity with macOS environments
- Working knowledge of security tools and security best practices
- Comfortable providing direct user support and IT troubleshooting
- Experience with Kandji, SentinelOne, or similar tools
- Experience supporting fast-growing startups or distributed teams
