Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Vice President, Sales Enablement to lead and evolve our national Sales Enablement function. This executive will be responsible for designing and executing enablement strategies that empower our high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue goals, accelerate pipeline velocity, and enhance prospect engagement. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in sales strategy, enablement technologies, training, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with business objectives, sales goals, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-impact team of Sales Enablement professionals across various disciplines, including content development, training, onboarding, coaching, and technology optimization.
  • Sales Training & Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of world-class training programs focused on product knowledge, internal sales processes and proven selling methodologies, competitive positioning, and customer-centric consulting.
  • Content & Messaging: Partner with Prospect Marketing, Business Line Partners, and Sales Leadership to ensure consistent, compelling, and accessible sales content and messaging across all stages of the buyer journey.
  • Technology & Tools: Optimize the use of sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Showpad, etc.) to drive continued efficiency, increased engagement, and actionable performance insights.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure and communicate enablement effectiveness, sales productivity, and ROI; use data to continuously improve enablement initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with firm partners—including Marketing, Product, Strategy, Operations, and HR—to align enablement initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Change Management: Lead enablement efforts during BD and cross-department product launches, market expansions, and organizational transformations.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or related roles within high-growth, B2B environments
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on sales performance and revenue outcomes
  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies
  • Expertise in enablement technologies and CRM systems
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Wealth management experience preferred

 

Pay Range:

$216,900-$361,500/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
