About Echo Base
Echo Base is a crypto-native holding company focused on acquiring and scaling high-potential, underleveraged businesses across the digital asset ecosystem. Our portfolio spans wallets, exchanges, trading tools, and infrastructure. We operate with a clear mandate: unlock enterprise value through operational rigor, product innovation, and disciplined execution.
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations to architect and lead our revenue systems across the organization. This role is critical to aligning product, business, and operational functions—ensuring that growth is driven through strategic insight, not surface-level sales tactics.
Role Overview
This is a high-output, senior leadership role for a disciplined operator who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and business infrastructure. The SVP of Revenue Operations will be responsible for building a unified revenue architecture that supports our portfolio’s top-line growth—spanning product-led monetization, GTM alignment, data infrastructure, and operational scalability.
Success in this role requires systems-level thinking, fluency in SaaS and fintech operating models, and the ability to work across functional domains. This is not a sales enablement role. Candidates must demonstrate deep experience driving growth through integrated product and operational initiatives, not traditional sales pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the end-to-end revenue operations function across business units.
- Align business, product, engineering, finance leadership to deliver growth through a unified revenue model.
- Own the revenue systems architecture, including CRM, attribution, product analytics, and forecasting tools.
- Partner with product teams to define and optimize monetization strategies across portfolio companies.
- Design and manage KPIs, revenue dashboards, cohort models, and usage-based reporting frameworks.
- Lead operational integration of acquired businesses and support value creation initiatives post-acquisition.
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team on GTM strategy, portfolio-level reporting, and strategic planning.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- At least 2 years of direct RevOps ownership with demonstrated impact on product-led or data-driven growth.
- Proven experience in technology or fintech environments; exposure to crypto is welcome but not required.
- Strong analytical acumen with deep fluency in tools, systems, and performance modeling.
- Track record of aligning product and business teams to execute growth strategy at scale.
- Low-ego leadership style; thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments with high autonomy and accountability.
- Experience in M&A integration, value creation planning, or portfolio operating models is a strong plus.
What We Offer
- Remote-first operating model with flexible working arrangements
- Competitive compensation with performance upside
- High-impact role reporting directly to the CEO
- Opportunity to design and lead the operational growth engine of a crypto-native holding company
