The Opportunity
The ideal candidate for SVP of Marketing brings deep experience in modern B2B marketing, has successfully repositioned brands, can implement a modern demand engine, and partner across the organization to align marketing goals with company goals.
This role requires a unique mix of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with a deep understanding of how to drive measurable business outcomes through marketing.
You must thrive in complex environments, be confident making bold decisions, and bring both vision and operational rigor to aligning brand and demand strategies to drive growth in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Ideally this role would work out of our Miami office, however open to East Coast applicants.

Sharpen our market position to reflect modern value, innovation, and customer outcomes.
Evolve and extend the brand amplifying clarity, distinction, and resonance in a crowded market.
Build on early momentum in thought leadership, media, analyst relations, and customer storytelling to accelerate trust and credibility.
Combine the right story with the right strategy to build a data-driven demand engine that delivers a pipeline across the buyer’s journey.
Align tightly with sales to define KPIs that are meaningful and deliver pipeline and revenue and increase customer lifetime value.
Partner across the organization to build customer lifecycle programs that increase engagement, adoption, and advocacy.
Optimize the marketing team with the right tech stack to create repeatable results.
Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing marketing organization with a strong culture of accountability.
A transformational leader who has helped legacy companies evolve and accelerate growth.
Equally strategic and executional -- comfortable in the boardroom and in the CRM.
Expert at aligning brand and demand to create market pull and drive customer engagement.
A cross-functional partner who thrives in matrixed orgs and understands the full customer lifecycle.
Proven in manufacturing or industrial tech sectors (strong plus) with a deep understanding of the buyer mindset.
Passionate about data, outcomes and continuous improvement.

Comprehensive Compensation package
Compensation Package:
Base Pay range: $250,000 - $325,000 Annually (12 Months)
Position eligible for Corporate Annual Bonus Plan
The range applies to the US only. If the final candidate is in another country, the local currency and range would be based on competitive ranges in those countries in alignment with the job grade range.
- Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
