We’re Hiring for a Supply Planner!
THE ROLE:
The Supply Planner plays a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively. You will conduct detailed analyses of supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement supply chain plans. The Supply Planner collaborates with cross-functional teams to address complex supply chain issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and also trains and mentors junior staff to support organizational growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and patterns to improve efficiency
Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Monitor inventory levels, track usage, identify potential stock shortages, and recommend replenishment strategies
Optimize inventory to reduce costs and minimize waste
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies
Forecast demand and plan production schedules to meet organizational needs
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply disruptions
Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for cost savings and efficiency
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise
Identify and implement process improvements using continuous improvement methodologies
Track and report on the effectiveness of process changes
Utilize supply chain management software and inventory management systems to support decision making
Implement and maintain systems for inventory and supply chain planning
Train and educate team members on new technologies and processes
Partner and communicate effectively with departments including logistics, procurement, and operations
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain performance

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent work experience with exposure to core theories, principles, and concepts
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Strong analytical skills; proficient with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
Deep understanding of inventory management principles and practices
Experience with inventory management and supply chain software/systems
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement inventory optimization strategies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

In this role, you will work closely with teams across the organization, collect and analyze data, and pivot quickly between strategic planning and hands-on problem-solving. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, where you’ll regularly interact with suppliers, teammates, and leadership.
