Roles and Responsibilities
Own key components of the International Logistics forecasting process, including planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Provide visibility and insights into performance drivers across Logistics costs (variable and fixed).
- Partner with Supply Chain finance teams to drive collaboration and standardization across finance reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Data Office to integrate financial and operational data, identifying opportunities where AI can generate value, enabling driver-based analytics and predictive modeling.
- Support finance transformation initiatives by designing and implementing centralized reporting improvements for International Logistics.
- Prepare and present financial analyses and insights to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Operations team to analyze historical cost trends, variable cost productivity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate financial outcomes into operational drivers to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other numeracy-based disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of Financial Planning and Analysis work experience, or FMP graduate with 2 years of experience.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, with an emphasis on storytelling through data.
- Ability to connect financial metrics to operational KPIs and business levers.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, IT, and operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive change in complex organizations.

- Familiarity with cost accounting and performance metrics in a supply chain context.
