- Determines correct supply source to release MSMS orders identified by team
- Works with scheduling or any capacity/sales order issues
- Collaborates with buyers, shop focals, etc. for updates on supply source status.
- Directs and performs all expedite activities and delivery recoveries in support of AM for Spare requirements
- Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies
- Works with and follow up to post awards/buyers to ensure PR to PO to delivery
- Monitors GRIEF system, PR Constraints and various reports to ensure parts flow through systems and remove road blocks
- Looks up and identifies export information for shippers
- Releases shippers to GXO for shipment to Program
- Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience in Supply Chain
- Experience working in a cross-functional team - i.e. collaboration with varying technical disciplines, clearly communicating up and down the food chain, does not require micro-management, can give and take orders, etc.)
