TGCS is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager II to plan, coordinate, and execute staging services for POS hardware and OEM solutions. This role acts as the central liaison between sales, engineering, and manufacturing, ensuring that each customer-specific integration solution meets defined requirements. The Project Manager will manage customer-owned inventory, track supply orders against rollout schedules, enforce packaging and refurbishment standards, and execute formal account closure procedures. The role also includes ownership of monthly performance metric reporting and quarterly feedback analysis to drive continuous improvement and alignment with customer expectations and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own, maintain, and execute defined processes and procedures to support successful project delivery, including:

    • Understanding and enforcing integration floor control processes.

    • Maintaining customer-specific POS integration documentation.

    • Managing Line Build-In (LBI) processes and updating matrices.

    • Implementing off-spec processes and tracking task closure within pilot programs.

  • Coordinate supply schedules with customer account teams and develop rollout plans to ensure project timelines and delivery deadlines are met.

  • Review and approve integration billing based on closed orders, shipping details, and POS parts purchases.

  • Prepare and deliver monthly integration metrics to track performance and drive operational improvements.

  • Oversee customer-owned inventory at manufacturing facilities, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and reporting. Participate in annual inventory audits as required.

  • Manage customer refurbishment tracking and ensure proper disposition to reuse or scrap according to customer requests.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience, including at least 1 year in Service Delivery or the Retail industry, preferably with store operations exposure.

Areas of Expertise & Special Skills:
  • Proven experience in process ownership and documentation.

  • Experience working with manufacturing environments.

  • Background in inventory management and order fulfillment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to evaluate process impacts, manage issues, and ensure accuracy in performance data.

  • Accurate tracking and proper disposal of customer-owned equipment are essential to avoid TGCS liability.

  • Projects must align with customer rollout schedules, inventory requirements, and defined quality and packaging standards.
