Wells Fargo is seeking a Supply Chain Manager
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a highly skilled team of supply chain professionals, to align and execute enterprise sourcing strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve companywide business objectives
- Identify and recommend opportunities for supply chain management, life cycle activities, new sources and technologies as business requirements evolve
- Manage a team of category experts that have responsibility for companywide supplier initiatives, negotiations and contracting activities
- Support governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets, and compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding supply chain policies, strategies, and processes to optimize sourcing efficiencies and measure supplier performance
- Implement process and management systems, maintain current understanding of various industry best practices, commodity, spend category benchmarks and supplier capabilities
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Supply Chain
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- 4+ years of Supply Chain experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Certification in CRISC, / CISA / ISO
- Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
- Manage a team of experienced Risk professionals in completing their daily deliverables
- Timely completion of assigned engagements and ensuring there are minimum outliers Past due etc.
- Strategizing the capacity Management and run seamless operations
- Strategize operations and ensure the efficiency targets are achieved
- Goal setting - involves setting up SMART Goals for the function
- Collaborate with Stakeholders from different line of business and ensure all timely issues are addressed
- Demonstrate professionalism on the floor and in way of running operations
- Bring in a culture of innovation and ideation
- Ensure al relevant KPI.KRI are tracked
