Supply Chain: Data Management Specialist

Mission: 

You will play a key role in supporting our enterprise resource planning operations, with a primary focus on Netsuite. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of purchase orders, shipping, receiving, and intercompany transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong Netsuite expertise and a detail-oriented approach to managing transaction processes.

Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:

  • PO Management:
    • Update the expected delivery dates for the purchase order (PO) several times a week.
    • Perform data entry for PO fulfillment on behalf of contract manufacturers.
  • Transaction Processing:
    • Assist in processing transactions between locations, including inventory transfers and transfer order entries (location neutral)..
    • Follow up with data center inventory managers to ensure transactions in Netsuite are processed on time and accurately.
  • Data Accuracy and System Support:
    • Maintain high levels of data accuracy within the ERP system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and update NetSuite.
  • BOM Creation & Maintenance
    • Develop, update, and manage BOMs to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information, with the Arena toolset.
    • Maintain part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and revision levels within the BOM system.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Work closely with product management, engineering, and contract manufacturing teams to align BOMs with product requirements and design specifications.
    • Support stakeholders by providing accurate BOM-related data and resolving any issues that arise.
  •  Data Integrity & Issue Resolution
    • Verify BOM data integrity, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all product records.
    • Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies between product designs, system records, and manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates have/are:

  • Data Entry & Process Familiarity:
    • Familiarity with data entry processes for PO processing, shipping, receiving, and intercompany transaction data entry.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Ownership to drive reporting at regular intervals to senior management
    • Inventory, Asset management, Risk
  • Organizational & Communication Skills:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
    • Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience & Technical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with Arena PLM.Netsuite Expertise:
    • Proven experience and good knowledge of the Netsuite ERP system.
    • Strong knowledge of BOM management processes in a product lifecycle environment.
    • Ability to analyze and resolve BOM discrepancies effectively.

Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is TBD, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.

Location: Some roles may require being located near or on our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
