About the role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Business Operation, you will lead and manage projects aimed at implementing supply chain improvements and transformation in Global Supply Chain. Establish best practices sharing and process standardization. Develop and draft global standard policies and processes, ensuring consistent implementation and alignment across all regions.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

  • Diligently create and manage project schedules and milestones.

  • Cross-Functional Team Communication – Create positive relationships and maintain open lines of communication with team members external to content solutions.

  • Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.

About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Min 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

  • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.

  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments.
