Job Summary


Genpak, LLC, a leading manufacturer of disposable food service packaging, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in the corporate office in Charlotte, NC.

This role requires developing statistical models, generating reports, and collaborating with departments like sales, finance, and operations to support strategic planning and informed decision-making. The analyst's work helps organizations optimize resources and reduce costs. To succeed in this role, you should be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities


· Maintain, analyze, and refine forecasts using historical data, sales, trends, and marketing conditions to generate accurate demand projections.

· Work cross-functionally with other departments to gather insights and validate assumptions.

· Generate, analyze, and present reports relating to Supply Chain to stakeholders for data driven decisions.

o Forecast accuracy and bias.

o Supply and operations planning reports, such as Production Attainment and Adherence.

o Inventory reports related to stock levels, SLOB, and inventory turnover ratios.

· Ensure the accuracy of master data and participate in new item setup for finished goods in relation to Supply Chain Operations.

· Participate in Supply Chain projects, working with third-party consultants, Oracle upgrades and /or new modules.

· Support process improvement efforts.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, economics, or related field.

· Supply Chain experience is preferred with knowledge of manufacturing a plus.

· Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment software and ERP systems, familiarity with Oracle and Demantra is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Solid critical thinking skills.

· The ability to interpret data and identify key insights.

· Strong attention to detail skills to ensure integrity of data and reports.

· Computer proficiency, particularly with excel and other windows-based programs.

· Motivated to support organizational improvement and change.

· Capability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team.
