How You’ll Make an Impact

• Identify, assess, and qualify new suppliers
• Conduct audits and evaluate manufacturing capabilities
• Lead improvement efforts in quality, cost, and delivery
• Support suppliers on engineering requirements and processes
• Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
• Manage supplier development projects and timelines
• Build collaborative supplier relationships
• Prepare performance reports and development documentation
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus)
• 5+ years in supplier development, quality, or supply chain engineering
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Skilled in structured problem-solving
• Project management experience
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
