This role is part of a centralized group of supervising principals responsible for ensuring representative activities align to firm and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Review and accept on behalf of the firm recommendations made to clients and / or review written correspondence and electronic communications to / from associated persons of the broker-dealer.
  • Proactively engage business partners across the organization to resolve or escalate issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the team and the business line stakeholders.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
FINRA Registrations
  • SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 24
Licenses and Certifications
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Base Pay Range: $56,100/yr - $88,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
