What you’ll do:

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the Sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets in a remote call center environment.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture, motivating individuals to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance sales skills and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for all group medical products including fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA, and PEO.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for all group ancillary products including dental, vision, life, short/long term disability, payroll, and expense management.
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline from lead nurture through conversion. Ensuring leads from all channels are worked accordingly. 
  • Foster strong collaboration between Sales and Account Management teams to drive growth and retention of employer book of business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful leadership experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • A demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to think strategically, contribute to the development of long-term plans, and make data-driven decisions to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and effectively guide the team through challenges.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Health license preferred

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes a monthly commission-based incentive plan, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
