As Supervisor, Executive Search Operations at Spectrum, you will manage the responsiveness, productivity, efficiency, and quality of the executive recruiting coordinator workflow, guaranteeing consistent and effective support for Executive Search. In this impactful position, you will report directly to the VP of Executive Search, driving team success and operational efficiency.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage coordinator scheduling and workflow, including approving and modifying coordinator timecards
- Respond to issues escalated from the coordinator team, including exceptions from standard recruitment and onboarding processes
- Motivate and coach coordinators to achieve performance goals and ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met
- Audit and gather feedback to ensure service level compliance, analyze insights to propose solutions and address issues with the VP Executive Search for process enhancements
- Manage the interview and selection process, as well as training, onboarding, and performance reviews for Executive Search Recruiting Coordinator positions
- Develop collaborative relationships with Executive Recruiters and internal business partners; liaise directly with Recruiting Solutions and TA Operations COE
- Serve as subject matter expert in applicant tracking system and recruitment processes, applying knowledge to quickly resolve issues or concerns
- Manage team SharePoint site, tracking tools and quarterly and weekly reports; utilize data to identify process improvements

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 3+ years recruiting coordinator and/or other roles in recruitment/human resources
- 1+ years Microsoft Office experience
- HR Systems experience with applicant tracking systems
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting coordinator function and/or recruitment processes
- Project management experience with practical analysis and problem solving
- Ability to influence peer group toward successful outcomes
- Communicate professionally while effectively conveying intended messages to others
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information
- Supporting and driving process and compliance
- Partner with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
Skills
- Prior applicant tracking system experience (preferably iCIMS)
