Job Responsibilities:
Administrar al personal a cargo para asegurar la calidad de las partes y dar solución a los problemas de tal manera que se garantice el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente a fin de cumplir con los lineamientos fijados en calidad.
Ser capaz de dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los procedimientos e instrucciones de verificación de calidad para garantizar la calidad del producto y la satisfacción del cliente.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera Técnica / Licenciatura / Ingeniería
FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 2 años de experiencia (externo) en puesto similar
5 años de experiencia (interno) en puesto similar
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:
- Interpretación de Planos
- Sistemas de Medición (MSA)
- Calidad de apariencia
- Inspección y auditoria del producto
- Estándares de Calidad
- SPC (Control estadístico)
- AMEF
- Soldadura básica
- Básico de CMM
- Control Dimensional
- Data Myte
- Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen.
- Procedimiento de producto no conforme y material sospechoso
