As our Supervisor, Appeals and Denials, you will help improve revenue outcomes for our clients by supervising a team that processes high-volume hospital-based appeals and denials. Every day you will support the processing of appeals inventory ensuring quality and production standards are met. To thrive in this role, you must have prior experience as a supervisor or team lead in hospital-based appeals and denials and leadership skills including the ability to coach, motivate, and provide feedback to your team.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Supervisor, Appeals and Denials:

  • Supervise and support your team to ensure alignment with organizational goals, production standards, quality reviews, and inventory operations

  • Act as a backup for production roles while mentoring and training staff

  • In partnership with management, address performance issues, client concerns and escalations, coordinating with Customer Partner, Director, and Global partners as needed

  • Communicate regularly with the Manager, keeping them informed of operational matters, and participate in monthly staff meetings and month-end processes

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Recent, relevant team lead or supervisory experience in hospital-based denials and appeals for a large organization

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including the ability to run reports, manipulate and analyze data, prepare presentations, and schedule and run team meetings

  •  Leadership skills including the ability to mentor, support, and educate as needed

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,926.00 - $70,631.44 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
