Today, we are pushing the boundaries of possibility through partnerships and investments in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, developing solutions for the biggest challenges that will face government tomorrow.

Job Description:

Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This full-time opportunity offers a hands-on, impactful work experience tailored to align with your academic and career aspirations. As an intern at Tria, you’ll gain valuable exposure by collaborating with colleagues and engaging with senior executives, all while participating in professional development activities and networking opportunities that enrich your experience.

Intern Mission & Outcomes:
Support Tria Federal's marketing initiatives targeting government agencies while gaining hands-on experience in B2G marketing and business development. You will contribute to expanding Tria Federal's presence in the federal marketplace and develop practical skills in government-focused marketing and communications strategies.

The intern role will involve:

  • Helping manage and utilize Tria’s HubSpot CRM and lead generation system.
  • Gaining and refining valuable skills in digital marketing, content marketing, and market research.

Networking Opportunities:
You will be included in meetings, luncheons, and social events such as sponsored conferences and award receptions with the larger MarCom team and/or Tria Federal leadership for networking and building long-term professional relationships.

Professional Development:
You will gain valuable experience working in a collaborative environment, understanding corporate needs to develop marketing strategies, gaining awareness of federal procurement and the government contracting landscape, and learning about digital marketing, content creation, and market research.

Training Opportunities:
We place a strong emphasis on fundamental skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and content creation that will set you up for a future career with multiple prospects. We also create opportunities —based on your unique skill set and interests – to develop your own project and to help introduce new ideas or teach new skills to the broader MarCom team.

Feedback & Supervision:
You will work in a hybrid setting in the Arlington, VA HQ where the MarCom team is located. You will report to the VP of Marketing and Communications, collaborate with other members of the MarCom team, and have an opportunity to define the role based on your interests, seek training on any specialized software as needed, and get constructive feedback on your performance.

Basic Requirements (Skills and Capabilities):

  • The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, creative and strategic thinker, extremely detail-oriented, and passionate about a creative career in digital marketing and/or communications.
  • The candidate should have an interest in government work that supports millions of Americans. You will gain broad experience writing a variety of content on behalf of Tria Federal that supports federal health and public safety-focused agencies.
