Summer Intern Program – 2026

Ready to make an impact this summer? Join One Pass for an immersive internship where you’ll solve real problems, collaborate with leaders, and help shape the future of how people access health, wellness, and care programs.

This internship is designed for early‑career undergraduate talent eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, high‑impact environment. Interns will be placed within a cross‑functional team—such as Marketing, Operations, Technology, or Growth Enablement—where you will contribute to meaningful outcomes from day one.

Your 8‑Week Experience Will Include
  • Ownership of a scoped project with clear goals and deliverables

  • Exposure to strategic problem‑solving and operational execution

  • Collaboration with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization

  • Opportunities to present work, analyze data, and share insights

  • Immersion in the One Pass culture of curiosity, innovation, and accountability

Program Details
  • Duration: June 8 – July 31 (8‑week internship)

  • Location: Flexible / Remote or On‑site Hybrid (Headquartered in MN)

Key Responsibilities
  • Your specific project will depend on your assigned team, but responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting cross‑functional initiatives that advance One Pass’s growth, operational excellence, or member engagement

  • Conducting research and synthesizing insights to inform team decisions

  • Building analyses, workflows, or documents that support business priorities

  • Collaborating with internal partners to track progress, identify risks, and support execution

  • Preparing and delivering a final presentation summarizing your outcomes and recommendations

About YouYou are:
  • An undergraduate student pursuing a business, economics, or other relevant major and eager to gain hands‑on experience

  • Curious, motivated, and energized by solving real problems

  • A collaborator who enjoys working across teams and perspectives

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity—and excited to bring structure where needed

  • Passionate about health, wellness, consumer experience, or technology

  • A strong communicator eager to learn, contribute, and grow

  • Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments

  • Strong analytical or problem‑solving skills

  • An interest in healthcare, wellness, growth strategy, operations, or a related field

Work Location & Eligibility

One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Twin Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states.
