The Partnerships Intern supports the Strategic Partnerships team by assisting with data tracking and coordination of partnership programs. You will work closely with various departments such as Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations. This role involves maintaining data integrity, evaluating partnership lifecycles, and assisting with automation functions for the partnerships program.
What You'll Do
Support the partnerships team in data collection and interpretation to drive efficiency
Provide project management support during the launch of the redesigned Partner Program
Ensure Salesforce CRM and Crossbeam data accuracy at the account and deal level
Contribute to lifecycle and automation functions, order generation, and daily operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including EMEA and APAC, to coordinate partnership opportunities
Build relationships across the organization and support the Alliance Director as needed
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field of study
Preferred Qualifications
Work independently and take initiative
Be self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
Work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously under pressure
Experience using Excel, Word, and Google Docs
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Minimal travel
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
Sponsorship Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
