Job Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Success Operations Manager to serve as the operational bridge between Success Management, LPL Service, and Operations. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who excels at solving complex issues, streamlining processes, and keeping critical workflows running smoothly. You will be the go-to partner for escalations, exceptions, and operational challenges, ensuring advisors and their clients experience seamless support. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate across multiple business areas, influence process improvements, and provide insights that help shape the future of advisor and Client Success.
Responsibilities:
Operational Liaison & Problem Solver
Act as the primary contact for LE Advisor Success Management and Home Office partners, advocating for advisors and client needs.
Coordinate and resolve complex, high-priority service issues and escalations from initiation through completion.
Serve as the go-to resource for exceptions, accommodations, and workflow roadblocks.
Process Improvement & Data Insights
Partner with Client Success POD CEMs to identify evolving advisor needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational data to spot trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions.
Provide feedback to improve processes, communications, and training resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison to Operations, Service, Technology, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Partner with various teams to communicate important updates, including fee adjustments, FINRA rulings, policy changes, technology enhancements, and training opportunities.
Support the LE Advisor Success Management team with data and operational feedback to guide strategic decision-making.
Training Support
Contribute to the development of support staff training programs that enhance skills and career progression.
Recommend and help implement program improvements informed by advisor and staff feedback.

Requirements:
Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or ability to obtain within 120 days
5+ years of financial services experience, including exposure to both W2 and 1099 advisor model
3+ years of experience in service, operations, or branch administration
Core Competencies:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively
Analytical thinker who can interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Clear and professional communicator, able to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable when navigating ambiguity and change
Strong client focus with proven relationship management skills
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferences:
Experience working in, or closely with, service or operations teams within a broker-dealer or custodian environment
Familiarity with escalation management and exception-handling processes
Exposure to continuous improvement or process optimization projects
Proficiency with operational reporting, data analysis, or workflow tools
Prior experience supporting advisor teams or client success functions in financial services

Pay Range:
$99,200-$165,300/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
