About the Role

The Styling Enablement Communications Specialist drives key communication and feedback programs that equip and enable our team of ~1800 Stylists. With direction from the Styling Operations Manager, this role leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Styling communications and enablement functions, ensuring operational excellence and measurable impact.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role combines hands-on execution with ownership of core communication and enablement programs. In addition to managing essential operational and administrative workflows, this position leads communication projects from intake through publishing, ensures cross-functional partners meet deadlines, and continuously improves processes to increase clarity and efficiency. Success requires operational rigor, strong follow-through, and the ability to anticipate risks and keep work moving forward.

About the Team

The Styling  Enablement and Planning team is a center of excellence committed to continuous improvement by delivering an exceptional client and employee experience and turning great ideas into operationalized reality. The conduit between our corporate cross-functional teams and the Styling Community, the Styling  Enablement and Planning team ensures process updates, communication, and new ways of working are communicated clearly and effectively to the Styling Community.

  • Manage and continuously optimize internal knowledge libraries and self-serve tools to ensure accuracy, scalability, and ease of use.
  • Support and uphold documentation standards across internal platforms, improving governance, structure, and long-term sustainability of shared systems.
  • Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key Styling programs and existing communications and implementation processes
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose data-informed process improvements that increase operational effectiveness and reduce friction for Styling, Styling Enablement, and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead planning and coordination of cross-functional meetings and focus groups, including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, insight synthesis, and follow-through on action items.
  • Serve as the primary editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications by reviewing cross-functional drafts, elevating clarity and consistency, ensuring alignment to tone and standards, and driving stakeholders to meet submission and publishing deadlines.Analyze and share Stylist feedback, insights, and team needs with relevant partners to ensure voices are heard and inform cross-functional collaboration.

We’re excited about you because you… 

  • Have 4+ years’ experience in internal communications and/or retail operations enablement roles and at least 2 years’ experience working with large-scale remote teams.
  • Are familiar with project management tools, like Asana and have experience with intranet platforms, like Axero (preferred but not required)
  • Have superior written communication skills and can effectively translate data and information into clear communications and reporting for both front-line employees and corporate audiences 
  • Thrive when handling a variety of tasks and deadlines and managing changes in priorities
  • Have experience working cross-functionally and have proven success working asynchronously in a remote environment 
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently Are driven by the desire to improve operational efficiency and support team success
  • Enjoy taking the initiative to address issues and improve processes independently

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. Salary Range
$62,300$104,000 USD
