As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in Commercial Card Strategy & Transformation team, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of card products and services to corporations. As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market to the functionality we offer. In addition, you will help lead the organization and clients through large transformations across out technology and capabilities.

As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in Commercial Card Strategy & Transformation team, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of card products and services to corporations. As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market to the functionality we offer. In addition, you will help lead the organization and clients through large transformations across out technology and capabilities.
Job responsibilities
- Leads initiatives to decision investment and revenue opportunities for Commercial Card, inclusive of business cases and strategy development
- Manages large transformation efforts, across internal partners and external clients
- Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
- Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements
- Synthesizes region, industry, competitive and client insights to inform executive business recommendations and decisions, such as identifying areas of opportunity or vulnerability
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
- Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time
- Partners effectively with sales, solution specialists, marketing, legal/controlling/compliance, business management and more, across lines of business
- Refining and re-engineering end-to-end solution processes for delivery and implementing change with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
- Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strategic thinker - comfortable transforming abstract ideas into a plan of action
- Deeply analytical - leverage advanced models to transform large sets of data into insight
- Relationship builder - invest in developing collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners
- Change agent - make a passionate case for change through facts, strong communication style, and deep understanding of audience

- Payments expert (preferred) - strong point of view on the future of payments informed by experience and thought leadership
- Previous experience organizing large transformations or migrations
