  • Pipeline Management
    • Monitor pipeline health, including stage progression, data completeness, and aging opportunities
    • Identify and escalate issues such as stalled deals, inconsistent usage, or gaps in data capture
    • Support standardization of pipeline workflows, definitions, and reporting outputs
    • Explore opportunities to automate data capture and workflow improvements using AI-enabled tools
  • Partner Tracking
    • Track CPA partner engagement, referral activity, and conversion performance
    • Support development and maintenance of partner-level scorecards
    • Ensure consistent data capture and reporting across partner relationships and advisor teams
    • Help identify opportunities to improve partner activation, using both data analysis and system enhancements
  • Process Optimization
    • Actively leverage and experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, reporting, and data capture
    • Partner with internal teams and vendors to support implementation of CRM enhancements, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities
    • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality through automation
    • Help translate business needs into clear requirements for technology solutions
    • Stay current on new tools and recommend practical applications within the Growth team

Basic Qualifications:
