Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit risk strategies with Regulatory, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Fraud, and Risk teams, aligned to business objectives and compliance requirements.

  • Design, test, and deploy credit policy changes, including risk-tiering and acquisition underwriting for credit card portfolios, and measure their business impact.

  • Own product management for credit card offerings and digital journeys: define requirements and KPIs, prioritize roadmaps with Product, Technology, and Operations, and run A/B and rule experiments that protect conversion while controlling fraud and losses.

  • Lead marketing analytics for acquisition and portfolio growth, measuring campaign performance, funnel conversion, segmentation, acquisition cost, and lifetime value against risk-adjusted returns to guide targeting, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and experience in statistical analysis, loss forecasting, simulation-based market sizing, and financial modeling.

  • Product Management Skills: Experience owning or partnering on strategy for credit card, or digital products, including requirements, KPIs, roadmap prioritization, and launches from concept to scale.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels; proven record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Experience in a bank or fintech analytics, risk, or fraud team. Launching new products from zero to scale is a plus.
