Assist in market research projects through secondary research, data analysis, and drafting summaries and slides to support decision-making.

- Assist in the design and execution of research projects, including secondary research (industry and competitor analysis), and elements of primary research (e.g., helping with survey creation or conducting interviews under supervision).
- Help analyze market trends, competitor activity, and other external signals to support strategic decision-making.
- Support data cleaning, coding, and summarizing of survey and research results; identify basic trends and contribute to early synthesis efforts.
- Draft research summaries, presentation slides, or visuals that help communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm implications of research findings and generate discussion points for business stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing efforts, such as maintaining databases of competitor profiles, trend logs, or insight libraries.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration opportunities to gain exposure to a corporate research environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Education, Psychology, Public Policy, Sociology, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest in market research, education, public policy, data analysis, or consumer behavior.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with one or more tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS, Tableau, R, or Python (coursework exposure is acceptable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Curious, collaborative, and comfortable asking questions and taking initiative.
- Organized and able to balance multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
