What Makes You a Great Fit

Our company is seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations. This individual will be a key thought partner to the executive team, responsible for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and enabling scalable growth as an individual contributor.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Lead and drive strategic planning processes across the company, ensuring alignment between business goals and execution.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to develop and implement scalable processes.

  • Develop business cases, conduct market research, and lead analyses to support strategic investments and partnerships.

  • Act as a force multiplier for the VP of Strategy and Operations and the Chief Business Officer, translating high-level vision into tactical execution.

  • Own key metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and ensure data-driven decision making.

  • Spearhead special projects related to international expansion, sales strategy, organizational design, and process optimization.

  • Partner with other departments to ensure operational alignment and delivery.


Let's Connect If You Have:

  • We are looking for a candidate who is either:

    • Exiting a top-tier consulting firm with 2+ years of experience, or

    • Someone with prior consulting expertise, and currently in a strategic/operations role in a fast-growing tech environment.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
    Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth, global environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and align teams.

  • Experience working with executive leadership and board-level reporting is required.

  • Candidates must be located in North or South America, with the expectation of periodic travel.
