This individual will work closely with senior technology leaders, finance, procurement, and enterprise strategy teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives, align investments with business priorities, and ensure effective financial and operational management across the technology portfolio.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategic planning process for the Core Infrastructure Services organization, aligning initiatives with enterprise goals and regulatory expectations.
- Develop and manage the technology budget, including forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
- Oversee financial tracking of capital and operating expenditures, ensuring accountability across programs and initiatives.
- Partner with finance and procurement to manage third-party contracts, renewals, negotiations, and compliance oversight.
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights, dashboards, and presentations focused on portfolio performance, resource allocation, and ROI.
- Track progress of key technology initiatives and report on milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure strategic alignment and delivery.
- Establish governance processes for technology investments, demand intake, and prioritization across lines of business.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between technology, finance, legal, risk, and enterprise PMO teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial and operational planning processes.
- 8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, planning, finance, or operations-ideally supporting technology functions in a large enterprise or financial institution
- 8+ years of strong knowledge of financial management principles including budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocations
- 8+ years of proven experience with contract oversight and vendor governance in a technology context
- 8+ years of strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- 8+ years of strong communication and executive presentation skills; ability to influence and engage at all levels
- 8+ years of experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare) with knowledge of compliance and audit requirements
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- MBA, CPA, or related advanced degree or certification
- Experience with technology portfolio management, enterprise tools (e.g., Apptio, ServiceNow, Oracle), or agile planning frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud transformation, modernization programs, or infrastructure investments
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Telecommuting is not an option for this position
